How Can I Track My Shipment?

Log in to My Account and select the Order you are looking for. You can also select "My Orders" from the Quick Links to find the order. 

Scroll to Tracking and your tracking information will be listed. You can click on the Tracking Number directly to take you to the shipping carriers website for detailed tracking information. 

Tracking availability varies based on the types of items you purchased and your selected shipping speed. Please note it can take up to 24-48 hours for a carried to scan your order into its tracking system. This means your tracking number may not provide updates for up to 48 hours. 

What If I Never Received My Order? 

Occasionally packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or left in a different location at your home. Log in to My Account and select the order you are looking for. 

If your order is past your estimated delivery date (based on your shipping method chosen) or has been marked as delivered but cannot be located please contact us at SupplyDepartment@libtax.com or (800) 790-3863 & ask for the Supply Department.
